I originally posted this on my RHJ Photography Blog but found it so interesting and the fact that most of the playgrounds featured are abandoned that it also deserves a place here.
I find these old sculptures from a playground quite interesting. It's also interesting to note how playgrounds differ from the United States to other countries. Most of the playground photos on the dark roast blend website were taken in Russia or the Ukraine. How old they are I don't know. I wish I did. And what about modern playgrounds? What about old playgrounds in the US?
More importantly, I wonder if these playgrounds are abandoned or possibly still active? That's an interesting question and one I should explore in more depth later on.
