Also my personal blog at http://life990.blogspot.com.

A little about me: I've been photographing allegedly haunted places and abandoned houses, old buildings, empty businesses, rusty cars, places of rural decay, etc, since April 2009 when my husband first got me into it. I would go and explore places that were supposed to be haunted and would take note as to where they were but that was it. He told me I should take pictures so that's what I started doing. I developed an avid interest in all things haunted and abandoned after I was in a major three car accident and finally started taking pictures of them. I started with mostly places in upper Greenville County SC and a few around Western North Carolina, Hendersonville and Edneyville NC but didn't find near as many in NC as SC so I stuck to that. Over time I started exploring many more places in SC eventually leading into Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia(in fact, VA is one of my favorite places to visit) and Kentucky. When I get to I go to Michigan(I so love the Great Lakes) In fact, I lived there for awhile. Wilmington NC is another favorite place to visit.
I'm from Florida originally so I have to include FL on that list. My favorite place there is the Everglades.
Some of the best supposedly haunted(creepy) places to visit in SC are the Spartanburg Tan Yards, the site of the old TB Hospital, the old buncombe baby cemetery(Hickory Point baby graveyard) in Greenville SC, Hester's Store in Easley SC(I've heard it's going to be torn down), Campbell's Covered Bridge, New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery(been there a number of times) and in NC the Spencer Mtn Mansion in Charlotte NC(it is completely boarded up and impossible to gain entry, Helen's Bridge in Asheville NC, Lincoln Academy in Gastonia NC(the site where Kathleen Smiley was raped, tortured and murdered and Bearwallow Mountain in Hendersonville NC. Along the way, I've found a few abandoned houses that were quite eerie and foreboding.
My interest in psychics, the afterlife, witchcraft, ghosts, the paranormal, etc., became much more pronounced after my second car accident. Over time my love of photography has led into taking pictures of nature, vintage items, classic cars, old house interiors(when I can trespass safely) and almost anything I think will take a good photograph,
I'm a wife, amateur photographer, urban explorer and legendhunter. By that I mean I hunt legends, not ghosts. I'm also an entrepreneur, property manager(and renovation manager), PT truck driver and travel frequently with my job. When I get the time I sell on auction sites as well. Blogging, photography and writing are my passions. Oh yeah and movies. I love movies and reading when I can.

I also come from a long line of spiritists dating back many generations. I am christian and believe in the power of angels, kinetic and divine energy but also believe in the darker side. I come from celtic, irish, romanian and native american descent.

Peace and blessings be with you.......

You are looking at an old car I saved from the crusher, it is a 1958 dodge coronet royal 4 door hardtop. It is in need of total restoration or will be a good donor car for your project as it is Complete, minus 3 small pieces of rear passenger side door trim and 2 tail light lenses. There is NO TITLE the car comes with a legal bill of sale only. Car has 52,144 original miles, last used in 1977 was parked and became a victim of the "I'm gonna fix it up someday brigade" The engine is not running, it is seized from sitting only. Overall the car is straight and solid.

1967 Buick Riviera

This was stored in Georgia.
Update: Sold for $700. Not a bad haul considering what kind of terrible shape it was in. It's nice there are collectors out there that have the money and want to restore cars like this. And BTW, some states are very strict on selling a car without a title, even and old car. NC is one of those.

I just bought this car and didn't even have time to register it before code enforcement came by and told me to move all my project cars off my property. The pictures of it are taken at a friend of the family's farm quite a ways from where I live that I moved it to last week. So, I've decided to sell it quickly since I can't work on it and since I'm paying someone to let me store it.

It's a 67 Buick Riviera with a 430 engine in it. The first time I tried to start it, the engine turned over and almost started up. The next day, it only made a clicking sound when I turned the key. It could be some simple electrical connection fix, I'm not sure. I was only using a spare battery I had lying around the garage to test it out.

I don't know much about the history of this car, but I believe that must have been stored on concrete up until last week when I took it to the farm, because it doesn't seem all that dirty on the underside. However, where it had a vinyl top removed, there are several rust holes on the roof. The front bumper is also dented and a fairly large trim piece is missing for the front left fender. The back bumper has the chrome really peeling off but doesn't really seem dented. The mufflers are both blown out. The body overall seems pretty straight. I was looking forward to taking it down to bare metal and repainting, but oh well.

The inside smells like it has been closed up for several years. The driver's seat is cracked and the rest of the vinyl has that brittle feel to it, which might be taken care of with some good armor all, I don't know. The shifter has been taken out but comes with the car, as does the shifter linkage and console, which is in ok shape. There are also pieces of the dash that had been taken out that come with the car. The ignition switch is all connected but is hanging down a bit.

There's no brake pressure. I never even got a chance to try to bleed them down. The tires are mismatched but seem to hold air pretty well. One of the wheels is red, but I have the original colored one to replace it.

I forgot to check the vin and odometer while I was out there. And I can only give a bill of sale. It's not a salvage title that I'm aware of, but I just wanted to make sure everyone knew I only have a bill of sale. Georgia and some surrounding states are very lenient about registering classic cars. I'll do my best to answer anyone's questions to the best of my ability, but I may not be able to make a 45 minute trip to go check on the car in person if it's something I can't just remember off hand.

All that being said, I think this car would make an excellent restored vehicle. I may sound a little bitter about it just because of the hassle of code enforcement and neighbors, but I was actually extremely excited to get this car. I'm not out to make a profit, I just want it gone so I'll have one less thing to think/worry about.

I'll try to add more info as I think of it.
