Old Buildings Lattimore NC 162a

These are from a visit to Lattimore quite some time ago. In fact, I wanted to go today and photograph an old house there. I've been meaning to for quite some time, ever since I got my new camera. Didn't get the chance though. There are some cool old buildings here.

This was probably a business of some type a long time ago, maybe a newspaper.

Strange Photo

This very strange photo was taken by Eastern Paranormal Society and he sent me the photo on facebook and asked what I thought and wanted me to share it.
I'm very interested in what others think of this photo. Not what you see. After looking at all the comments on facebook it's pretty apparent what everyone sees. One woman thought there was a demon in the picture. I don't see that at all. I want to know what others think.
Being a skeptic I always go for the most rational explanation before declaring it must be something haunted. The picture was taken in one of the oldest houses in Buffalo NY during an investigation that the team was conducting.
Awhile back while visiting a cemetery I took pictures with multiple orbs in them. My first reaction is that it must have been dust spots on the camera lens that created the photos I took but I don't know. That particular camera is very light sensitive and I can't rely on anything strange that comes out of it. Of course some cameras may be more sensitive to paranormal anomalies than others.
My husband swears the photo has been photoshopped. I don't use photo shop so I have no experience with it. And am not so sure.

Anyway, very interesting photo and would love to know what others think of it.

Abandoned House SC

Visit my other blog at http://nature500.blogspot.com and my websites at http://sassygrrl32.hubpages.com and http://www.divinemystick.com.

This is a simple block house on the edge of a large cotton field in South Carolina. It had electricity at one time and the cinder brick construction makes me think mid 20th century. No roof makes me think the tin was removed to reuse somewhere else which is common. I try to imagine the simple existence the occupants must have led. Work, eat, sleep. The middle picture is the Google street view of this place in happier times, yet still abandoned. This picture was taken by someone else.
